If you had to pick a theme song for Michelle, you'd probably choose "Takin' Care of Business!' As a Customer Service representative, Michelle takes care of your job from the moment it lands on her desk all the way until it's delivered into your hands. Her attention to detail has made Michelle a favorite among our customers.
While her "attention to detail" traits are evident to the customers she works with, what you may not know is that Michelle also has a very robust creative side to her, too! Most recently, Michelle performed the role of Sally Bowles in the regional production of the musical Cabaret.

Q: Have you ever broken any bones?
A: I fell out of a tree house when I was a kid (no kidding!) and that trip to the hospital resulted in a cast on my leg. Ouch!
Q: What's on your pizza?
A: Pepperoni and lots of veggies!
Q: Who's your hero?
A: I'm a big fan of Winston Churchill. I find myself wishing I could have been around when he was alive, to experience his leadership first-hand.
Q: What's your favorite food?
A: Potato chips.
